Rates

All prices are inclusive of GST and are in $AUD

TARIFFS:  Tariffs include linen and are subject to change without notice.  When a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted to you will be honoured.

EXTRA PERSON:  $45 per night

TRAVEL COTS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE. $20 per stay

DEPOSITS:  A deposit is required to confirm your booking.  Cheques will be accepted for deposits only.

REFUNDS:  Where at least 14 days  (prior to arrival date) cancellation notice is given, a refund (less an administration fee of $45) will be made; however, refunds are not available for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date unless we can find a similar booking for the same dates.

PAYMENT:  The balance for your account is payable on arrival and is not subject to refund.  Payments can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.  Cash payments are subject to an additional security deposit.

Bookings made via Agoda, WOTIF, Quickbeds and Jetstar/Hooroo, personal credit card details are required for security purposes only. If a credit card is not available, a refundable cash deposit is required.

CHECK-IN TIME:      After 2:30pm
CHECK-OUT TIME:   Before 10:00am

Late checkouts may be available, however, a late checkout fee will be incurred.

UNIT ALLOCATION:  Where possible, management will allocate requested units.  When circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.

KEYS/REMOTES  - LOST KEYS ATTRACT A FEE OF $80. LOST REMOTES ATTACT A FEE OF $100.
